There are some key components that you will need to use
whenever you are involved with body building. A good body nutrition diet for
all body builders is what will help to determine just how successful you will
be with your program. It is very important to know that without the proper
nutrition the body certainly will not change for the better and it will never
get you anywhere towards meeting your goals.
I exercised heavy during the entire bottle. I was taking EAA
(Essential Amino Acids) which did help recovery time between sets, but I know
for a simple fact the Bioforge also performed a big part in aiding that as
well.
3) Set goals. You need to set goals and set a path when it
comes to building muscle. If you don't have a goal the chances are you will not
have the same focus and drive when you are in the gym. Goals help you with
motivation, clear path and give you a bit of extra drive. When setting your
goals you should be specific in what you want to achieve. Having a goal such as
'I want to be big and strong' will not be much benefit as it is too arbitrary.
If you slightly tweak that goal to 'I want to bench X times X pounds in six
weeks' it will make a huge difference as it gives a time-frame and is
measurable. Goal Setting is not to be underestimated.
